Unique star pattern decorates the middle compartment. Dated 1816 on bottom compartment. Stunning. The rear board has practice indentations along the bottom and center. Interesting. Light wear to extremities with scuffing to corners and edges. Head of spine has loss with splitting at the joint. Lightly tender. Marbled end papers bright and clean. Bookplate of Barrie on pastedown. Front gutter tender at top edge where there is loss. Appears to be past mouse damage at the top gutter. Interior good with light toning and minor instances of foxing. Free of known marginalia. Binding remains intact. Please see photos.
