Why would you not honor it when I asked?A: We always honor our guarantees and are indeed obligated to do so under federal and state laws. But our published guarantee clearly states that compared coins must be identically certified and aesthetically similar. You wanted us to beat an advertised price for a dark, ugly ICG PR65 versus our bright, beautiful PCGS PR65 CAC.
