Unquestionably original, with that classic coppery-yellow light toning found on late date Buffalos. The grade is accounted for by a few light scuffs on the Reverse. My best guess is that this slid across a surface prior to being put away by a sharp eyed collector in 1937. Previously sold by a well known national dealer; their sticker remains on the back side of the holder.
