This is what I see! The bill has a tiny tear (shown in pics) and the tip of a corner missing. I love the serial number but I have no idea if it is really fancy or just something that appeals to me.. This bill was inside a birthday card from Hubbies Grandmother that she mailed to him in early 1970. I don't know why he didn't put it in with his others but he seemed to keep her gifts seperate. I am NOT a collector. My introduction to coins and paper money started after he died and I needed to sell his collection.
