Supposedly?... used by an officer with the 3 wheel police motorcycle vehicle during the 1968 Chicago convention. Very warm, made by Skinner. Comes with 2 new extra buttons. Left arm has a bruise and one small tear and two tiny cuts from a bruise. Zipper works fine but the bottom 2 inches needs a thread or two to help zipping up. (see picture) Patches have been removed.
