If you contact me quickly (within 3 days) after the package is / or shows as delivered and provide the needed photos of the damage and packaging I will submit the claim and refund you quickly. If there is a delay in your contacting me or you have not retained the packaging or do not provide the photos then you will be responsible for handling the insurance claim to recover your money.
