Any sign reported to have shipping damage MUST still be in the original boxes; NO EXCEPTIONS. After the initial 24-hour delivery period, we will repair or replace any sign within one year. All return shipping charges to send your sign to us, as well as charges for us to send out a repaired or replacement sign, will be the responsibility of the customer. Signs shipped "bill to receiver", or needing the payment of any fees, duties, or taxes will not be accepted by us.
