The plate has a non working keyhole for appearance. The knob itself is 1 1/2" in diameter, protrudes 1 1/8" from the plate and can come in one of two designs depending on what the manufactor stocks at that time. The plate itself features an antique vintage look finished in teal/turquoise/green pantina appeal with black highlights. These are replica reproductions that are made to look like authentic vintage designs of the past, yet with a modern look. There are so many ways that you can use these in your home, office or wherever you choose. The sky is the limit to the many uses they can have. The plates measure about 7 5/8 inches long by 3" wide and are just over a pound in weight. These also have a built-in hanging hook/hardware to place them wherever you choose.
