Description: Beautiful Set of Antique Glass Lamp Shades Very nice condition original antique shadesThey are very delicate, sweet and lovelyFrosted and deep acid etched, with texture you can feelThe scenes show a shepherd and his sheep with trees, grass, bushes and a cottage or barnA matching set of 3 with one shade being about 3/8" to 3/4" taller than the othersNo cracks in any of the shadesEach has normal flea bites around the fitter edge, which will be covered when installed and in useThere are some rubs in the frosted finish here and there as wellThe tallest shade has a tiny 1/8" scratch/gouge in the frosted finish a the top edge - it is hardly noticeable - see closeup. Two of the shades have the tree reaching all the way to the top edge of the shade, while the tallest one has a frosted space between the tree and the edge. So, a helpful eBayer mentioned that the shorter ones may have been ground down in the past (possibly because of having little chips), although the edge is quite smooth and doesn't look ground.
