Description: ********** Free Shipping in the Continental United States ********** *** Accu-Put Carbon Fiber Putting Alignment Tool, Divot Tool & Club/Cigar Rest. *** Unique putting aid made from real quasi-isotropic 2.25mm Carbon Fiber (the same stuff Formula 1 Race Cars & Fighter Jets are made out of). Works great as an alignment tool to help you sink the long ones.Works as a superior divot tool. Super tough and ultra light weight in the pocket.Works wonderfully as a club support to keep your grips off of the wet turf.Works as a cigar rest while teeing off. To Use:Mark your ballGet behind the ball mark and low (kind of like aiming a "pew-pew" or a pool shot).Use the White Line to aim where you want to hit your shot. (Account for the break in the green if there is one).Leave the Accu-Put on the turf, remove your ball mark, place your ball down and line up the line on your ball with the line on the Accu-Put. (It's easiest if you look straight down at your ball and the Accu-Put).Remove the Accu-Put Tool and line up your putter with the line on your golf ball.Hit that ball with your best stroke, making sure to keep the line on the golf ball and the line on your putter oriented correctly. *** Note: This takes a little practice. *** When you stand over your ball ready to put, you will swear that the line on your ball/putter can't possibly be correct. Depending on your stance, and the way you address the ball, it will almost always look like you're aiming left or right of the hole. Even though you stand over the ball when putting, your head (eyes) are still slightly off set from a true 90 degrees to the ball. Most golfer's head placement is 5-15 degrees off of perpendicular (towards your body side) to the ball. In turn, this makes you feel like your going to strike the ball to the right of the hole. In rare occasions, some golfers (usually taller) actually have their head (eyes), on the far side of the ball. Either way.... TRUST THE LINE! You just spent time lining up your shot using the tool, you matched your ball to the tool, and then your putter to the ball. Even if it looks wrong when you address the ball, it isn't..... your perception is. After a little practice and learning to trust the line, you'll be holing puts you used to miss, and getting those long 3-puts that kill your score down to a manageable 2-put. Like any tool, the more you use it, the better you get at it. Good luck and have fun! PS = The Golf Ball Marker Tools are sold everywhere. From Walmart to Sporting Good Stores to your local Pro-Shop.
