Its original quarter inch thick mat w/oval opening is included - the mat edge is guilt. This shadow box frame is an original piece, manufactured in the United States between 1850 and 1899. Measuring 3 inches thick/deep, 12.5 inches wide, and 14.5 inches high, this shadow box is perfect for displaying a favorite ancestor image (original image provided). The item also comes with original glass insert. This frame was sold by me in an auction sale 10 days ago, and the Buyer did not pay or communicate.
