Antique European OLD GOLDEN AGE Oil Painting on Tin Boy Posing 19th Century

Description: I believe this to be authentic painting on tin from the mid to late 1800's based on the boys clothing. It is on tin and I did remove it from the frame to verify and get better pictures If you know something I dont please advise and will re edit post to be as accurate as possible for the buyer. The painting is on tin, and there may be a signature on the sleeve of the boys clothing- The outside frame measures approx. 12 X14 X 3 inches and the inside matt measures approx. 5-1/2 X 7-1/2 inches What's wrong with it? Painting is in pretty good condition some minor paint loose and crackling, scratches dings and dents and could use a good cleaning as well the frame has crackling, nicks, chips, dents, scratches and dings and needs a good cleaning as well.
