Antique Gold Baroque Wood Gesso Picture Frame, Winter Sheep Farm Print

Description: This is an original antique (turn of the 20th century) rectangular wood picture frame in Baroque style with large gesso decorations on the corners, sides, top, and bottom. The original gold finish is intact throughout. Inside the frame is an original lithograph print of a watercolor painting featuring a winter farm scene with a farmer and his sheep. The print is behind the original wavy, bubbly glass. Condition is good, but there are some cracks in the gesso decorations (typical, considering age). Nothing is loose, and all frame corners are tight. There are some small chips in the paint, mainly at the corners. The print is in good shape but is a little darkened and yellowed from age. There is a small and very faint water stain on the left edge, but no other stains, tears, or other damage. There is a wire hanger on the back for wall mounting. The frame measures 30 1/2" L x 18 1/2" H and the print measures 24" x 12". It will be packed securely and fully insured during shipping.
