Description: Beautiful, unique, antique jeweled collar for member of the Rebekahs, originally a female-only auxiliary of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Fraternal IOOF The collar is made of pink and green fabric, with metallic thread fringe and edging along full length. Embroidered designs of vines and leaves with flowers made of glass jewels. All of the glass jewels are present and intact. Two front panels joined by the three links symbol of the Odd Fellows. Reverse is lined with pink fabric and inscription in ink appears to read "Mrs. Myra M Kingsbury Cactus 24 Pueblo Colo". The word "NEW" is faintly written at the center of neck on the reverse side. The collar is approximately 16" long measuring from center of collar at neck straight down to ends of metallic fringe at tip of front panel. The condition is very good, with wear appropriate for age. Slight wear on fabric on face and reverse side is somewhat soiled. See photos for details.
