Becker Radio Europa II Stereo MU - Refurbished with warranty R107

Description: For sale a refurbished Radio Becker Europa MU II Stereo . This was installed in mid/late 1970's - see the advertising material slide (included in the sale) - in European vehicles like Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen plus Italian and English brands. This radio has an internal stereo amplifier; the 2 speakers connect directly on the back. This radio can drive 2 speakers but it can be fitted with a splitter or a fader to drive 4 speakers. It has 6 station buttons (characteristics of Becker mid/late 70's) vs 5 buttons in late 60's/early 70's. It was the preferred radio for R107 but it fits very well the W113 with the benefit of an extra FM preset. However, if you want to be correct to the period for the W113 see my other auctions for a 5 push buttons Becker. For 230SL - you need the narrow trim radio; this one does not fit; send me a message for those models.All other vehicles look at the dashboard cut-out dimensions. Very nice design with stripes face plate and chrome accents. About Bluetooth on this Becker (Not included in the sale): The designers of the time did not had an idea about Bluetooth but they were smart enough to provide a DIN plug on the back for Input/Output of the audio signal. The DIN plug on the back can be used to insert a Bluetooth adapter - not included in the sale - to stream music or for hands free communication. On the "good stuff" Bluetooth adapter: Open the white plug in the back of the radio, insert the adapter and you are done. You have to do that only once, when you install; after that every time the radio is ON the Bluetooth will be also present.
