Description: ITEM DESCRIPTION The item listed for sale is a pair of Brand New With Tags , Manchester United , Away , Player Issue , shorts , from several seasons ago. The shorts derive from the 2003-2004 Season ( Wore the Black / White ' Vodafone ' Away Shirt ). The shorts thereafter reverted to being United's 3rd choice shorts for the following 2004-2005 Season. The product comes supplied with original swing tags in their original Nike ' Old Trafford ' Kit Room packaging. The item is essentially Black with a contrasting White triangular insert on either side of the shorts. Elasticated waistband with drawstring. The shorts have the Player Issue style inner lining which is also finished in a Black colour. The club badge is located on the front bottom right hand side and fully embroidered in Black , Yellow and Red coloured silk type threading. The Nike Swoosh logo is located on the front bottom left hand side and likewise fully embroidered in White coloured silk type threading. The product comes supplied in size Adult's Extra Large.The shorts waistband unstretched measures approximately 31" ( 31 inches ) laid flat. The outside leg length of the shorts from the top of the waistband to the base of the short is approximately 43cm. I reserve the right to apply penalty percentage fees to each of the aforementioned conditions being present on returned goods up to 99% of the original sales price. The buyer shall also agree to pay the postage fees both ways otherwise I reserve the right to initiate court proceedings for loss of goods at a small claims court. I do not pay for postage costs associated with any transaction where buyers simply change their mind. It is immorally wrong to expect otherwise and an abuse of eBay return policy. Providing everything is in perfect condition on the products return then I still reserve the right to also impose a purchase price handling fee for wasting my time, packaging costs and associated petrol fees.
