If a disc is new, we make sure there is nothing shaking around in the case, we can only assume it was made properly and stored correctly, so for new discs we guarantee it plays properly or you can return it for a full refund. PROBLEMS If you have a problem, please contact us first and let us resolve it, sometimes mistakes happen. Leaving a bad review without giving us a chance to resolve any issues does not help, it only raises costs for future buyers.
