Description: Complete 20-volume set: Homeward Bound Edition of the works of Theodore Roosevelt(New York: The Review of Reviews Company, 1910) This scarce complete set is in very good condition. Acquired at an estate sale, the cloth-covered volumes were rather dusty but cleaned up nicely. Please see photos for details of the few condition points: light foxing to the text edges, darkening to the pastedowns within three of the volumes, an old moisture stain to the back cover of American Ideals, and a bit of foxing on the endpaper of volume VII of Presidential Addresses and State Papers. The bindings are strong on all volumes, the hinges are solid with no cracks. Remarkably clean inside with the frontispiece photos protected by tissue. The 20 volumes consist of seven volumes titled Presidential Addresses and State Papers. Two volumes titled The Naval War of 1812. Four volumes titled The Winning of the West. The remaining are: The Rough Riders, European Addresses, Hunting Trips of a Ranchman, Hunting the Grizzly, The Wilderness Hunter, The Strenuous Life, and American Ideals. It is rare to find a complete set. I am happy to provide more photos upon request.
