We generally ship within 3 business days of receiving your payment. Additional funds are required for shipping to Alaska, and Hawaii since shipment by air is required. We do not discount shipping any further for multiple items orders. RETURNS If you received merchandise from us that was damaged during shipment, is defective and carries a warranty, or is not what you ordered, you must contact us through eBay's Messages within 3 days of receiving the package to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
