Description: Listed is an authentic used Dawson's Creek 25th Anniversary ( Authentic Leery House Prop ) that was used in the show. I am the only official seller of items from the actual Dawson’s Creek in Wilmington, NC. I personally know the residents and they have put me in charge to officially sell these show used house props. I have acquired many items from the house that were used in the show. I also have other items I have collected from filming locations in Wilmington. You can see more proof on my Instagram. Capeside20 This is an authentic set of 5 fence pickets from the white picket fence from the property in Wilmington, North Carolina that was used in the show Dawson’s Creek. The fence was replaced in 2016 because it was starting to get weathered. I have documented the replacement through pictures. The entire fence line was saved but only 30 still exists for sale. There are approximately 75 in existence altogether. Pickets vary in condition. ALL ARE USED and weathered. None look brand new. I also have other items listed so please check those out. I even acquired a few little souvenir bottles of creek water. To prove the authenticity of this, I have pictured myself in front of the house and in the back of the house acquiring the shingles and the pickets from the owners. No returns or refunds please.
