You're misreading the Arabic script on the coin, perhaps especially the front, which is in a block script that looks like the Latin numeral 1907, but is actually the Arabic-Hindi 1956. You can confirm this in the Krause Manual KM#386. This might also lead to a reduction in the price of the object, but certainly at least a revision of the description.
