Description: Few things I noticed while inspecting the vintage scope. The light did not work. Might be the wiring. Old items get corrosion on the wires. There was not old batteries when I found it. The little straps on the top of the case that hold the instruments in place is gone. Also there is a little bit of scuffing along the top of the case. The scope looks almost new. Its well made of cast iron. The way the mirror / light works is you flip it around. When you flip the light up it contacts the metal plate. It requires 2 Double A batteries. Will make a great shelf display if you fancy yourself a scientist. My GF is a lab tech and I had to pry it out of her hands.
