Description: We are offering for sale an exquisite, Fenton clear glass iridescent Fairy Lamp that measures 5 inches tall. Iridescent glass has a vivid metallic sheen of changing colors and hues on the glass. Fenton achieved these special hues by using a special spray of metallic salts on the glass while it was hot. This special Fairy Lamp has an inverted design of lush strawberries and blossoms growing along sturdy and leafy vines on the top and bottom of the piece. When light shines on it, various hues of pink, purple, yellow and blue can be seen. The lamp bears an embossed Fenton in oval mark with the number, “9” signifying it was manufactured in the 1900’s. A tea candle has been added so it can be used as soon as it arrives. The Fairy lamp is in EXCELLENT ESTATE CONDITION WITH NO CRACKS, CHIPS, or FLEA BITES.
