Description: Free From Life Issues Within Six Hours by Hans Mojet A permanent and quick solution for all life issues is presented here. How unlikely it may seem, every person has the ability to unfold their full potential in life. This book describes how to get it back within six hours. It is an innovative approach derived from the millennia old conception of man of the Hawaiian life philosophy Huna. In this concept each person has three levels of consciousness with a functional relationship between feelings, emotions, beliefs, behavior, and rational thinking. It recognizes intrapersonal communication as the key to resolving life issues. Re-establishing intrapersonal communication between these levels of consciousness automatically results in permanent resolution and prevention of life issues. This book describes the remarkably simple methodology to guide people through their process of resolving life issues. It contains background information and step-by-step processes of the complete methodology. Excerpt from Book Introduction Consequently, this book is not to be regarded as a scientific paper and does not comprise numerical charts or statistical overviews. It is rather the practical outcome of an inquiring discourse on how human behavior causes life issues that began in 1976 and is a reflection of our discoveries and experiences gained during 20 years of practice. The discoveries/findings that form the core of the methodology described in this book include the following. 1. As previously stated, we identified a conception of man that is different from the commonly adopted one of man as a rational being. This other conception of man stems from Hawaii and allows room for non-rational issues in human life, something we are all confronted with. It affords particular insight into the purpose and meaning of feelings and emotions, how to deal with them and how these aspects determine the effectiveness of peoples actions and their personal happiness. 2. This conception of man demonstrates how intrapersonal communication plays a vital role in living effectively and happily. It shows how intrapersonal communication can help to resolve life issues but also how, when lacking, it can actually result in life issues. 3. Furthermore, this conception of man shows that behavior is not determined by what people want, but that their accomplishments and limitations are actually the result of their subconscious beliefs. 4. No matter how life issues manifest themselves, they are always caused by a childlike self-concept that exists on a subconscious level, which is accompanied by a supposed dependence on people in ones surroundings in order to survive. The main aspect involved in resolving life issues entails transforming this childlike self-concept into a valuable adult self-concept under guidance using a persons own intrapersonal communication. 5. Even after this transformation process, there are people who still do not have full access to all their desired abilities. They need to be helped by using their own intrapersonal communication to resolve one or more of the following blockages: failure to take full responsibility for all their actions, their resentment and/or their lack of self-acceptance. Depending on how many blockages need to be resolved, four or less interventions are required for resolving all life issues for good, whatever these may be, as has been demonstrated during our 20 years of practice. 6. People affected by life issues have great difficulty in acting effectively in five fixed social situations. At first glance, these situations appear to have little to do with the life issues experienced. Nevertheless, they highlight the specific limitations and difficulties of dependent people who experience life issues. These difficulties are therefore called core issues. 7. No matter how rationally motivated people are to resolve their life issues, there is always a possibility that inner objections to their personal development completely block them from doing so. 8. Whatever the life issues of a person may be, they are without exception linked to relationships with people in general, particularly those in their surroundings. Relationship problems are always pivotal. Therefore, the most effective approach to solving conflicts in relationships is to first deal with the underlying problems of the individual partners in a conflict. In most cases, people then prove to be perfectly capable of solving the issues between them independently by working together. The goal of this book is to offer fellow professionals and other interested parties the opportunity to take advantage of the knowledge and experience we have gained. To this end, the book has been divided into four parts. In Part I, we discuss how life issues arise and how a lack of intrapersonal communication is an important factor in this. We also show that adequate intrapersonal communication is extremely useful in resolving life issues as well as in avoiding them. Part II discusses the specific conception of man that forms the foundation of the way we think and act and which has its origins in Hawaii. However, much more can be learned about this concept than is presented here, as we limit ourselves to what is most relevant within the framework of the book. This particular conception of man is intended to give the reader insight into how inner communication works. If you are interested in learning more about the Hawaiian life philosophy Huna, please visit the website of Huna Research Inc., or consult one of the many detailed books available on this subject. Part III describes all the working methods we have used to help more than 700 clients resolve their life issues permanently over the past 20 years. After an intake session of 60 to 90 minutes, three to four work sessions are usually sufficient. In most cases, the whole process of work sessions requires less than six hours. This also applies to clients who have previously sought help elsewhere without satisfactory results. Finally, Part IV provides four appendices. Appendix 1 comprises the text of the Developing Effective Behavior leaflet that we use in our practice to introduce our work to new clients. They receive this leaflet after the first contact, which often takes place by telephone. It provides a brief introduction to our view of man and our working methods. Appendix 2 deals with the muscle test that we apply to assess clients subconscious beliefs. Appendix 3 describes how to recognize early warning signs for potential long-term sickness absence in the workplace. It provides an interesting instrument for HR professionals to use in their job. Appendix 4 provides an overview of life issues that have limited clients effectiveness and personal happiness. To those who were expecting a thicker book, I would like to point out again that what we have found is in fact very simple. Those who rise to the challenge and follow our line of thought very closely will discover just how easily people with life issues can be helped, provided they want to be helped. As with any other methodology, sufficient motivation to solve problems for ones own benefit instead of pleasing others is a key factor for ensuring success ...
