The only difference is this game has both French & English text on the front & back of the cover art as well as the "Francais" note on the back top right corner. This is actually a much rarer version to find sealed in my opinion and a must own for any serious variant collector.• This game is brand-new & factory Y-FOLD sealed w/ the security strip on top!Cosmetically this game is in average condition overall. The shrink-wrap shows visible surface wear including scuffs, scratches and couple of small corner / edge tears (shown below). The bottom edges / corners of the seal are a bity dirty as well (pictured below). There are a few small surface impressions on both the front & back of the game case / cover art.
