Description: I see that this is listed as a prototype on the pop price guide, but I feel that a pre production sample is more accurate. I personally opened the 6 pack box that this came from as well as the Captain Fred box. I got one of each not knowing that these ultimately were not going into production. One set went to Toy Fair in New York and those boxes were thrown away. A friend and fellow HOF member has that pair. Where the other 4 sets went, I have no idea. I am listing the matching Captain Fred as well separately. Note that the Pre Production label shown IS NOT from the box this came from. It is only shown for similar reference. If the winner wants this shipped, assure that it will be extremely well protected. Sent Registered mail with insurance and signature required.
