Simply turn the plunger to set the three-position volume display. A locking ring locks the selected volume in place and is set within the body of the pipette to prevent accidental changes to volume during use.Finally, responsiveness and accuracy are the most important functions during operation. The plunger assembly was designed from the ground up to reduce user hand strain.
