An absolute must own for any serious game collector! • This game is brand-new & factory y-fold sealed w/ the hang tag in-tact + security seal on top! This game is in ACCEPTABLE condition overall!The shrink-wrap shows general surface wear including multiple small edge / corner tears around the game one of which tore a small edge of the security strip at the top (shown below). There is some notable cracking along the front left side edge of the game as well as some breakage on the front right side edge of the game (shown below). The hang-tag is undamaged on the back. The game disc is in place, nothing is loose. The bar-code is clean. • This is a great piece for the collector who's not too condition conscious or who's just interested in owning a complete sealed .... of this game w/ a mint game disc / contents.
