They also glow in the dark, as pictured You can use a hair dryer to apply them (I use a hair dryer, toothpick, regular scissors, and nail clippers) but the official Jamberry instructions on how to apply and how to safely remove the nail wraps can be found on YouTube (note: do not just peel them off).
