I have been collecting Film and Music for over 30 years and if I list something as new and like new it means the item is flawless and many times has never even been opened or played. In some cases that's even if it's not sealed. In other words case and media will always be in brand new condition. Occasionally (and I will specify) the digital copy has been removed and that's likely the only reason for the removal of the shrink-wrap. As a collector I stand by my items as being perfect. I am obsessive compulsive myself when buying, collecting, and in taking care of so I understand this in selling too. If my prices on a like new copy are only a couple of dollars less than a copy listed as brand new and sealed than it's just because my items are in mint condition. Always like new.
