Description: For Sale is the pictured Czecho Necklace DESCRIPTION: This is a beautiful vintage necklace that is done in an Art Nuevo style. The main feature is a large brass tone dragonfly that is accented by large colored rhinestones. Branching from the clasp is a single chain strand that has faceted cobalt blue beads and longer rectangular ones that have a stamped design or possibly poured. Joining the strand the main part of the piece are two findings that are a woman's face with a headpiece. The same cobalt blue beads are used in drapes that connect the piece together. There are several dangly accents - faceted teardrop crystals and two birds that look like peacocks on branches. The red crystal on the very bottom was added to the piece I found, it was missing the center accent so this is not original. Lots of details in the necklace - see pictures to see them all. The closure is a spring clasp style. SIZE: Measures about 21" long end to end - see necklace on 1" grid for more details MARKINGS: Czecho and what looks like a maker name or hallmark below CONDITION: The condition is very good with light wear from use consistent with age. There are some light scratches on the piece, some light scratches and very minor wear on the crystals. The piece has a patina and there are a few darker areas. The necklace clasp works fine - see pictures for more details. THIS IS A VINTAGE USED/ PRE-OWNED ITEM which has been worn, handled and kept in storage such as a jewelry box.
