Also you can see some of the beautiful and soulful artwork of talented local artists from Himalayas. ~~Kalachakra Mandala Thangka~~The Kalachakra seed syllable or Tenfold Powerful One is the best known symbols of the Kalachakra system, and probably of the entire Tibetan tantric tradition. The symbol consists of an ornamental ring of fire, then the main symbol which combines seven individual syllables, on top are a crescent, a disc and a curved shape, making ten.Mandala: the aerial view of the stupa ( Buddhist Temple) , represents the universes ; micro, and macro.It is tantric meditational device, which is used to acquire positive energy and to achieve Buddha nature.In the Mandala, there are four rings with fire that burns impurities and ignorance contains within every individual being and leads towards enlightenment, cemetery, where powerful and enlightened beings medate to push them towards Nirvana, wind or devas purifies the negative deeds or Karma ,and lotus implant purity and compassion to get into center to achieve Nirvana, here represented by Buddha.There are four gates in four different directions which leads towards center, and thirteen level of square box, which represent thirteen level of consciousness, which are also called thirteen different steps of Boddhisattva , and then the center, where Buddha is placed, represents Nirvana ( peaceful and happy state of life).The outer part of the MANDALA shows the Samsaric life, where six different forms of life are shown, and Buddha, Boddhisattva, and protectors deities are very much eager to help them to liberate from Samsaric World.
