Description: 1797 Cartwheel Twopence Coin Hi, up for sale and taken from my collection is a 1797 'Cartwheel' twopence of George IIICoin is in excellent condition - purchased as EF+ many many years ago and has been in my collection ever since. The rim on obverse is about clear of any edge knocks - apart from the smallest tap at about 6 o'clock. The field is free from any obvious contact marks, there is however a very light mark on bust - at neck. Reverse rim has three small taps - (hardly edge knocks) at about 3 o'clock and two at date. Field on reverse is again very clean with only the very odd very light contact mark. All detail and legend is very sharp and overall has a lovely tone/patina.Several pictures taken with different backgrounds which may aid in your opinion of grading, so please see the attached photo's to determine the condition for yourself.
