Description: Unpainted Red Plastic Postwar Lionel 6462-125 New York Central (NYC) Type Gondola, made between 1949-54, box only. Box is a brick, has good color, clear crisp graphics, no tape repairs with normal aging and handling wear. Discrepancies noted are a price sticker, holiday tape, one external flap and a coupler flap missing same end (see images). One of Lionel’s most collected series of gondolas in production from 1949-57... a great addition to help complete your Lionel postwar collection.
