Lomonosov Imperial St. Petersburg Teacup and Saucer~NOT Export Market~pre 1950?

Description: This is a Lomonosov porcelain tea cup and saucer. It is an early teacup and saucer which was NOT made for the export market. The markings on the bottom are in Russian. There is no 'MADE IN RUSSIA' stamped on the bottom which would have indicated it was export market ware. The markings are in Russian, are in red, and contain the 1c. The red color and the 1c both indicate first quality. The color is an unusual turquoise and the paisley pattern is one I have never seen before. If anyone knows the name of this pattern, I would love to know. There is a gold rim inside the teacup and around the bottom of the teacup. There is also a gold circle on the saucer where the cup sits. The stamp style indicates that is may be 1950 or earlier.
