Description: Los Terrícolas was a Venezuelan pop music group, hailed by American music critic Craig Harris as "one of Venezuela's top dance bands." Formed in the early 1970s in Morón, Carabobo, the group comprised three siblings: Johnny, David, and Lenny Beatriz Hoyer, along with lead singer Nestor Daniel. Their name, "Los Terrícolas," translates to "The Earthlings" in Spanish. During the mid-1970s, they garnered early success with hits like "Vivirás" (You will live) (popular in Ecuador), "Te juro que te amo" (I swear that I love you) (a hit in Mexico), and "Luto en mi alma" (Mourning in my soul) (widely acclaimed across Latin America).
