ITEM: Lot of 2 Identical RARE PHOTO TRADING CARDS of DEMOCRAT CONGRESSMAN JAMES A. TRAFICANT, JR. (1941-2014). Traficant was something of a Robin Hood figure when he was Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio from 1981-1985 because he refused to execute foreclosures on homes of factory workers out of work during the recession in the Youngstown area. He was elected to US Congress as a Democrat in 1985. In 2002 he was convicted of bribery and was killed in a freak accident on his farm in 2014. RARE.
