India roosters are a smallish bird, but these feathers are really packed in here! There are a lot of feathers to these necks. 2. This specific color is natural white (not dyed). It will not be a bright white, it is a natural white, so may have cream or light tans in there too. You will receive the exact neck as pictured. 3. I do not think these are dry fly necks. .. unless you are tying some larger size dries. These are more for streamer or saltwater tying. These feathers are larger. Some people have India necks on ebay, and they list them as dry fly necks. I disagree very much with that. I will not list these as such. 4. For the price, these are a great deal ...
