These wonderful Edwardian solid 15K yellow gold cufflinks have two oval plaques held with a long link, one oval plaque has been engraved with a fantastic dragon-dog, standing straight with right leg raised, a long curling tail, spiked mane and open mouth with tongue out, the second plaque has the initials 'IOC'. The cufflinks are stamped on each plaque with maker 'JT&S' for John Thompson & Sons (registered Clerkenwell Rd., London, England in 1900) and '15CT'. The cufflinks test for 15K gold. The cufflinks measure approximately 18mm wide when fully opened. The link is about 15mm long. The oval plaques measure about 17.5mm x 12.5mm. The cufflinks have a total weight of approximately 6.9g.
