Marantz 2285 Vintage Stereo Receiver (original, very nice cosmetics, works well)

Description: This Marantz 2285 (serial number U050405) is in very nice cosmetic condition. The front panel looks great with one scratch on the bottom left and a few nicks on the top edge. The cover has a few nicks on the back edge (see picture), but looks very good overall. Inside, it's pretty clean and appears to be all original with no replaced parts, mods, or tinkering of any kind. We cleaned the controls with electrical contact cleaner, but otherwise no servicing has been done. It's playing great and has been tested with the auxiliary, phono, and AM/FM inputs. No issues were found! I apologize if shipping seems steep, but please keep in mind that this price includes the most professional packaging you'll find on eBay.
