Description: Meissen Gold & White Biedermeier Roses Floral & Scrollwork 10 5/8 Inch Charger Nice antique German porcelain charger. Decorated with a relief molded roses, flowers and scrollwork pattern with heavy gold highlights. Marked on the bottom with the blue hand painted underglaze blue mark used by Meissen between 1824 and 1850. Has some wear to the gilding and a few small in manufacture stacking flakes to the foot rim, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 10 5/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
