Two 3D silver tin Milagros bless this hand: A beautiful detailed flaming Sacred Heart with sword and a pig for family blessings. Each Milagro is antiqued with pale gold and black colors and the Sacred Heart is outlined with a pale orange halo. The back and sides are painted the same background colors and the artist hand carved hole into the back for hanging.
