The lace top has a high neck in front with 2 gold buttons in back at the top of the 10” V. The skirt and shorts are a solid black material. The dress measures 29” from the top of the neck to the hem. It is 13” from pit to pit, there is a deep 8” drop on the sleeveless dress. The skirt flares out and the shorts go right to the hem.
