DAD DID NOT KEEP THINGS THAT DID NOT WORK USUALLYFOR WHAT THAT IS WORTH????? THIS HAS BEEN SETTING A WHILE AND NOT SURE IF THINGS HAPPEN TO THIS FROM SETTING. I PUT MY FINGER OVER THE ATTACHMENT END AND PUMPED ITAND THE GAUGE WENT UP. SEE VIDEOI ASSUME IT IS SUPPOSE TO WORK LIKE THAT??? I know the video is not a great one, i loaned out my phone stand I normally usebut I have finger over the end and pumping the handle of the unit.
