Each pack includes 10 + 2 (to cover any dead on arrivals) snails of a random assortment of colors for fresh water aquariums. Colors could include (but not guaranteed based on availability) a mix of Purple, Magenta, Blue, Jade, Ivory, Chestnut, or Black. Snails are bred from a home aquarium and may be a variety of sizes. They are perfect for snail enthusiasts or anyone looking to add some diversity to their aquarium. They are safe with majority of live plants, great at eating algae, and cleaning up leftover food. These snails will be shipped, wrapped in a wet paper towel inside of an insulated box. Remove the snail upon arrival and place the snail into a dish filled with aquarium water. Place some food on the opposite side. Snails can stay dormant for a few hours to an entire day after experiencing the stresses of shipping, so be patient. These snails can also float and that does not mean they are dead. Mystery Snails often times will float on purpose to ride a current or drop to the bottom of the tank from the top. Once you see them begin to move, you should be able to drop them into your aquarium of choice. Shipments will only go out on Monday-Wednesday. This is to prevent any delays based on weekends. The shipment may also be delayed a week due to weather. Keep an eye out for communication stating when it will ship. Local water has a pH of 8.2 Recommended Temp: 70-74F
