If you are searching for a how to video make sure you find one where they go through the front NOT through the back. Going through the front you basically have to take the whole machine apart, so it looks complicated, but it is a simple process and makes everything easy to access. All of the connectors fit just fine and the dryer worked perfectly. The first time I ran it there was a smell like anytime you're using a new heating element, but it went away after a few minutes. When we received the product upon opening it, my husband is an auto mechanic/he said that this did not have any sensors on it, so he took the sensors off of the old Heating element/put them on this new one/it worked. There are several YouTube videos that show different ways to replace this heater element and believe me from the front is way easier. The first time I changed one was the back method and it was a PITA dealing with the drum and having to reach to the front to loosen screws you can hardly see. The drum comes out the front and it is literally just sitting in there, once the door and the front are removed the drum lifts right out. It goes without saying now is the time to do a good cleaning. The hardest part was getting the belt back on the drum, which was fairly easy.
