It is fresh store stock. Has never been sold, or installed. This is a replacement for the original equipment Carter one barrel jeep carburetor. This will install without any needed modifications. Includes gasket. This is the correct carb to replace your old, worn out carter WO carb on your Willys CJ2A, CJ3A, MB, M38 or Ford GPW. This IS NOT the correct carburetor for the Willys overhead valve engine such as the Willys M38A1, CJ3B, or CJ5 (see our other items for the F134 carb).All carburetors are bench tested and inspected before shipping.I have been selling jeep carburetors for many years.
