No stylus. Console has scratches. All the buttons work well! Console will be reset to default with no custom firmware unless asked otherwise. Comes with 4GB sd card. If you wanted to upgrade sd cards with cfw installed you just need to copy and paste everything from the 4gb onto a new sd card and you will be good.
