A Preorder bonus pin offered midway in the China region version of the Mario Kart 8 Booster Course DLC called the "New Track Pass" in China. This was to the best of my knowledge, as mentioned, a mid way offering for a limited time - as in When wave 3 released, this pin was offered for purchases after Wave 3, and ended when Wave 4 was released. So a small window(pretty much the month of September 2023). Not sure why they did it this way, but its been done fam. Onto the packaging, attractive black colored and MK8 vibrant colors - we see the game logo and Chinese lettering which symbolizes "New Track Pass" something along those lines. The rear has the Nintendo X Tencent collab branding. Tencent and Nintendo run a lot of events together , mainly due to how business is conducted in China with foreign entities. The pin itself is a circular design with Mario in a Hover Kart holding a Mushroom ! we see outer ring wording of "MARIO KART" - The pin rear is a plain silverish color i believe , no additional markings or branding. The pin body is metal , the sidewalls and rear, but the front is a smooth epoxy covered surface.
