The cloud or haze is not raised or into the paint. Kinda like a water spot on your car after you wash it. With a car wax/cleaner it come off by polishing. I can't even get a good picture of it as it is so hard to see. The rough spot will be a little tiny, approximately 1/4" to 3/8" x 1/8", non smooth paint where the top and bottom halves come together.
